- All rents are due on the 1st, late charges begin accruing on the 3rd.
- All maintenance is carried out by qualified and insured sub-contractors at reduced rate.
- Periodic drive-by exterior and interior inspections.
- Screen all prospective tenants to get you the most qualified resident.
- Advertise your property through yard signs and internet. Our Tenants also send us a great number of referrals.
- Renew lease contracts at current or above market rents.
- Issue each owner with a detailed monthly statement, and year-end tax statements.
- Upon move-out, report any amounts due to a national credit bureau.
